Local School for troubled youth is seeking men and women over 21 years of age to help plan, supervise and facilitate activities with youth including camping, hiking and fishing trips, crafts, service projects and working with large and small animals. Hours are evenings and weekends. Beginning pay is $12.00 per hour and goes up to $12.50 after training or more for individuals with past experience or training in the industry. We are looking for individuals that can mentor youth and want to make a difference in the lives of others. Must be willing to work swing shift and be able to pass a background check. Must have high school diploma or equivalency.
Sorenson`s Ranch school is a working cattle ranch that utilizes animals to help clients at our residential treatment center. We are seeking a talented individual to assist with care and maintenance of our animal at the ranch. Must know and be able to work closely with horses, and be able to trail ride. May be asked to help with other planned activities such as 4-H and other duties performed by activity staff. The ideal candidate will be patient, kind, caring, enthusiastic and willing to help promote good health and wellness to our student and animals. Qualified applicants should have a solid background in mathematics and proficiency in English. Position is full-time with benefits. Salary is $12 an hour. Could be more, depending on experience. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Associates Preferred.
Female Night Monitor needed for a Koosharem, Utah employer. Must be FEMALE to apply for this position working with young females. Employer maintains a drug, alcohol and smoke-free environment. Must be non-smoker and non-substance abuser. Will monitor at-risk female youth ages 13 through 18 during night-time hours to ensure safety and rule compliance. Work hours are from 10:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. Facility licensing requires that employees be at least 21 years old. Employer conducts BCI background check. Wage is $12.00 per hour during training. When training is completed, wage will be $12.50 per hour. Benefits available.
